Basiclly it’s a regular arrow shaft with a penny taped to the top, then foam applied and secured with cloth and tape.

I remember the founders back in the mid-ninties playing these games at Towson U. Back then it was just called “Padded Weapons” and a “LARP” was a live action game of a licensed game property. As a matter of fact, the man in the video named “Inox” was part of a regular group that included alot of my friends.
